The main facade of the one-storey house, built of mixed masonry of bricks and cobblestones, and alongated along the longitudinal axis of the street, attracts attention with its well-ordered composition, decorated with brickwork and fragmented by arched windows. From the south, the house is surrounded by an authentic fence built of mixed masonry, in which fragments of rug-like brickwork are included. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. The building, with its space-planning characteristics, also plays a role in the formation of the microdistrict development.
