A house built of old brick was built in the middle of the 19th century. The facade draws attention with rectangular window frames and semicircular arches, which is one of the characteristic elements of Telavi dwelling of the nineteenth century. A white terrace decorated with a wooden openwork railing is noteworthy. The building is important for its antiquity. It is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the mid-19th century.
