გადაბმული, სამი სახლისაგან შემდგარი მიკროსტრუქტურა, ისტორიული უბნის აბანოს – ქუჩაზე მდებარეობს. ნაგებობები სამსართულიანია. სამივე ნაგებობა ღვთაების ბორცვისკენ შუშაბანდიანი აივნებით იხსნება. ინტერიერში შემორჩენილია აუთენტური ელემენტები: თაღჩები, განჯინები და ბუხრები. შენობათა აზიდული პროპორციები კარგადაა მორგებული არსებულ რელიეფს, ვერტიკალურ აქცენტს ქმნის ქალაქის პანორამაში და თელავის ნებისმიერი კუთხიდან კარგად მოჩანს. მოცემული შენობები გარკვეულწილად უნიკალურია, რადგან ქალაქის ტერიტორიაზე მხოლოდ ისინია შემორჩენილი ძველთელავური-კოშკური ნაგებობების ტიპის.
The microstructure, consisting of three houses, is located on the historic district – Abano Street. The buildings are three-storey. All three buildings have glass balconies that face the Deity Hill. Authentic elements are preserved in the interior: closets, wallcupboards and fireplaces. High proportions of the buildings are well fitted to the existing terrain, creat a vertical accent in the panorama of the city and is seen well from any corner of Telavi. These buildings are somewhat unique, as they are the only ones preserved in the city in the form of the old Telavi tower-like structures.
