XIX საუკუნის დასასრულის ორსართულიანი სახლი ბარათაშვილის ქუჩის ისტორიული განაშენიანების შემადგენელია. ნალესობის ქვეშ განირჩევა შერეული წყობით (რიყის ქვა და აგური) მოპირკეთება. მეორე სართული მთლიანად ხის შუშაბანდია. სახლი ქუჩის მხრიდან ასევე შერეული წყობით ნაშენი გალავნით არის მოსაზღვრული. თავისი მდებარეობით, სივრცითი გეგმარებითა და ქუჩის ხაზიდან მომსაზღვრელი გალავნით მოცემული შენობა მნიშვნელოვნ როლს თამაშობს მიმდებარე განაშენიანების ურბანული სტრუქტურის ფორმირებაში.
The two-storey house of the end of the 19th century is part of the historical development of Baratashvili Street. Under the plastering the lining with mixed masonry is visible (cobblestone and brick). The second floor is completely made of wooden gallery. From the street, the house is also bordered by a fence built of mixed masonry. The building, due to its location, spatial planning and the fence bordering from the street line, plays an important role in the formation the urban structure of the adjacent development.
