ერთსართულიანი, ახალი აგურით ნაშენი სახლი, თავისებურად, ახლებურად გადაწყვეტილი კომპოზიციით – ფანჯრებისა და ყრუ ნიშების მონაცვლეობით იქცევს ყურადღებას, რაც ტიპური „თელავური“ სახლის საფასადო კომპოზიციის ერთგვარ ინვარიანტს წარმოადგენს. ღიობების თავზე და ქვედა ნაწილში კედლის სიბრტყე შეწეული იმპოსტებით არის გაფორმებული. საცხოვრებელი XX საუკუნის დასაწყისით თარიღდება. საცხოვრებელი სახლი მნიშვნელოვანია თელავური ურბანული არქიტექტურისათვის სახასიათო საფასადო კომპოზიციის გამო.
A one-storey house, built of new brick attracts attention with its original, newly designed composition – the alternation of windows and blind niches, which is a kind of invariant of the facade composition of a typical “Telavian” house. The flat surface of the wall above and below the openings is decorated with pushed in imposts. The house dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is important due to facade composition typical to urban architecture of Telavi.
