The main decoration of the two-storey house is a wooden openwork decorative balcony, supported by round columns made of bricks. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century, although it received final form at the end of the same century. The building is important for its façade composition and antiquity, typical for the urban architecture of Telavi. This is one of the earliest buildings in the city, preserved from the middle of the 19th century.
