A three-storey post office of the 20th-century, which is located at the intersection of two streets, overlooks the main street. It has an urban planning function, as it significantly determines the development of the adjacent street. The facade composition of the building is built on the principle of monotony. The motifs of the pseudo-Corinthian order are visible on the pilasters. At the level of the third floor, the openings end with a decorative arch. The building is an interesting example of Soviet architecture and reflects one of the stages of Telavi urban architecture.
