XX საუკუნის შუა ხნის საბჭოთა, ე.წ. სტალინური არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთი საინტერესო ნიმუში მორთულობაში ჩართული კოშკით, თელავის ცენტრალურ ქუჩაზე გამოდის. ნაგებობის საფასადე კომპოზიცია ცენტრულ პრონციპზეა აგებული და მთავარ აქცენტს მასზე კოშკი და ღია აივნები სვამს. სვეტების გადაწყვეტაში გამოყენებულია ფსევდო იონიური ორდერის მოტივიც. თავისი მასშტაბითა და მხატვრულ-დეკორატიული გადაწყვეტით მოცემული ნაგებობა მნიშვნელოვან როლს თამაშობს გამზირის საერთო მხატვრულ-არქიტექტურული სახის ჩამოყალიბებაში.
One of the most interesting examples of the so-called Stalinist architecture of the mid-twentieth century overlooks the central street of Telavi with a tower included in the decor.
