The building of the former City Hall on a rather large perimeter is organically combined with the general development of the central street of Telavi. The facade composition of the building is built on a partition with decorative arcades. This building is one of the most interesting examples of the soviet, so-called Stalinist architecture of the mid-twentieth century. In addition, it has an urban planning value, as due to its scale, location and spatial-planning characteristics, it plays a formative role of the development.
