აგურის ორსართულიანი შენობა მე-19 საუკუნის დასასრულს განეკუთვნება. საცხოვრებელი სახლი ორგანულად ერგება ქუჩის დამრეც რელიეფს და ჰარმონიულად ეწერება არსებულ განაშენიანებაში. შენობა ყურადღებას იქცევს მთავარ ფასადზე შეკიდული ხის ორნამენტული აივნით. 1864-1898 წწ. ამ სახლში ცხოვრობდა გაზეთ „ივერიის“ კორესპონდენტი იოსებ ცისკარიშვილი. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია მთავარი ფასადის თელავისათვის ტრადიციული მხატვრულ-არქიტექტურული გადაწყვეტით.
A two-storey brick building of the late 19th century. The house organically adapts to the sloping terrain of the street and harmoniously fits into the existing development. The building attracts attention with a wooden decorative balcony overhanging on the main facade. In 1864-1898 the correspondent of “Iveria” newspaper Iosif Tsiskarishvili lived in this house. The building is important for its artistic and architectural design of the main facade.
