The main artistic accent of the two-storey brick house, stretched along the longitudinal axis of the street, is a wooden lathed balcony running along the entire length of the facade. The first floor of the house used to be a shopping arcade, and the second floor served as a hotel and residential function. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. Thus, the building is important for its antiquity, mixed function, traditional for Telavi planning and artistic and architectural solution.
