A two-storey house at the back of the courtyard is surrounded by a stone-and-brick fence. An openwork wooden balcony supported by brick plastered pillars gives the building a special artistic value. The house was built in the first half of the 19th century, but it received its finished look at the end of the same century. The house is important from an urban planning point of view, since the building, with its space-planning characteristics, plays an important role in formation the microdistrict development.
