მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევარში აგურისა და ქვის შერეული წყობით ნაგები ტიპური თელავური საცხოვრებელი სახლი დღეს მძიმე მდგომარეობაშია, თითქმის მორღვეულია ხის ჭვირული აივანი, დაზიანებულია გადახურვა, თუმცა ინტერიერში შემონახულია თავდაპირველი იატაკი, ხის კარი და კედლის თახჩები. შენობის ხნოვანებაზე მიუთითებს მხატვრულ-არქიტექტურული თვალსაზრისით ღირებული ელემენტი – თაღოვანი საპირე შემკული სარკმლები. გვიანდელი გადაკეთების მიუხედავად, შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევრიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში.
A typical for Telavi house, built of mixed masonry of brick and stone in the first half of the 19th century, is in poor condition today – the wooden openwork balcony is almost broken, the roof is damaged, although the floor, wooden door and wall closets are preserved in the interior in original form. The age of the building indicates the element valuable from an artistic and architectural point of view- arched decorative windows. Despite the late alterations, the building is important for its antiquity; it is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the first half of the 19th century.
