A two-storey brick house is currently in a very poor condition. Of the authentic architectural elements, an old wooden balcony and a brick tower have been preserved. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. Despite the late alternation, the building is important for its antiquity; it is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the mid-19th century.
