რიყის ქვით და ძველი ქართული აგურით ნაგებ, მცირე გაბარიტის საცხოვრებელ სახლს სხვადასხვა დროის გადაკეთების გამო, პრაქტიკულად, დაკარგული აქვს პირვანდელი სახე, თუმცა ცალკეული აუთენტური არქიტექტურული ელემენტები მხატვრულ ღირებულებას წარმოადგენს: სარკმლის მოხაზულობა, ხის სვეტების რიგი, კედლის წყობა. შენობა მე-19 საუკუნის შუა წლებშია აგებული. გვიანდელი გადაკეთებების მიუხედავად, შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის შუა ხნიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში.
A small house, built of cobblestones and old Georgian bricks, has almost lost its original appearance due to the alterations made at different times, although some authentic architectural elements are of artistic value: the contour of windows, a row of wooden columns, blockwork. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. Despite the late alternation, the building is important for its antiquity; it is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the mid-19th century.
