აგურით ნაშენი, მაღალი ფრონტონით დაგვირგვინებული ტიპური „თელავური“ საცხოვრებელი სახლი ჰარმონიულად ეწერება არსებულ განაშენიანებაში. სახლი ერთდროულად მოიხილვება ქუჩისა და რიყის ქვით ნაგები გალავნით მოზღუდული ეზოს მხრიდან. ეზოსპირა ფასადი გვხიბლავს ხის ჭვირულ-ორნამენტული აივნითა და ბრტყელთაღიან ღიობთა რიტმული განლაგებითა, ქუჩისა კი – აგურის მოწესრიგებული წყობით. სახლი მე-19 საუკუნის შუა ხანას განეკუთვნება. სივრცულ-არქიტექტურული ელემენტებითა და მხატვრული გამომსახველობით მოცემული ნაგებობა თელავის საერო არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთ საინტერესო ნიმუშს გვთავაზობს.
A typical Telavi house made of bricks, topped with a high pediment, harmoniously fits into the existing development. The house is viewed simultaneously from the street and from the side of the fenced yard, built of cobblestone. From the street, the facade fascinates with a wooden openwork-ornamental balcony and a rhythmic arrangement of flat archways, and the street facade – with a well-ordered brickwork. The house belongs to the middle of the 19th century. The building with spatial and architectural elements and artistic expressiveness offers one of the most interesting examples of secular architecture of Telavi.
