A one-story unplastered brick building, standing on a high plinth, elongated along the longitudinal axis, occupies a fairly large perimeter in the general street development, skillfully combines with sloping terrain and harmoniously fits into the existing urban environment. The building draws attention with a rhythmically divided door and window, a high parapet, decorated with a brickwork and well-ordered facade and a wood-carved ornamental double-leaf entrance door. The courtyard of the building, where today there is a rebuilt into pavilion wooden balcony, borders the street by a fence made of mixed masonry of cobblestone and brick. The building built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, with its location, scale and structure significantly forms the adjacent development.
