სამი სახლისაგან შემდგარ კომპლექსს რთული მიკროსტრუქტურა აქვს, ქუჩის მხრიდან ერთსართულიანია, ხოლო ეზოს მხრიდან – ორსართულიანი. ნაგებობის მთავარ ფასეულობას წარმოადგენს მთელი სახლის გამწვდენი უნიკალური სარდაფების რიგი. კამაროვანი გადახურვის მქონე აგურის სარდაფის ხალვათი სივრცე მაღალმხატვრული ღირსებებით გამოირჩევა. მე-19 საუკუნის შუა წლებში აგებული სახლი თელავის ისტორიული განაშენიანების ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ობიექტია. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია აუთენტური სახით დაცული სარდაფებით.
The complex of three houses has a complex microstructure: the house from the side of the street is one-storey and from the courtyard – two-story. The main value of the building is the row of unique basements along the whole house. The wide space of the brick basement with a vaulted roof is distinguished by high artistic dignity. The house built in the middle of the 19th century is one of the most important objects of Telavi’s historical development. The building is important for its basements preserved in an authentic form
