The rhythm of arched openings and niches on the facade of the corner house on Chavchavadze Street is typical of the ancient Telavi type of dwelling. The headers of the openings are bow-shaped. Authentic wooden entrance doors with ornaments are cut on the facade. The house belongs to the last period of the 19th century. The house is important from an urban planning point of view, since this building, with its location and spatial planning characteristics, plays the role in the formation of the microdistrict development.
