A tall two-storey house, which at present has a plastered facade, dates back to the 19th and 20th centuries. Both floors have rectangular openings. The headers of risalits are finished with rectangular parapets. There is a toothed décor motif on plastering. The structure attracts attention with a less typical for Telavi European character, well-ordered, neoclassical facade.
