დამრეც რელიეფს ორგანულად მორგებული ერთსართულიანი შენობა მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევარშია აგებული. ქვისა და აგურის მონაცვლეობით ნაშენი საცხოვრებელი სახლის თავდაჭერილი ფასადი და მოკრძალებული მასშტაბი კარგად გამოხატავს თელავური არქიტექტურის კამერულ ხასიათს. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევრიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში და თელავური ურბანული არქიტექტურისათვის სახასიათო საფასადო კომპოზიციით გამოირჩევა.
A one-storey building, organically combined with the sloping terrain, was built in the first half of the 19th century. The elevated facade and the modest size of the house, built alternately from stone and brick, well express the chamber character of Telavi’s architecture. The building is important for its antiquity. It is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the first half of the 19th century, and is distinguished by its facade composition, typical of Telavi’s urban architecture
