ორსართულიანი სახლი თელავის უძველეს და არქეოლოგიური თვასლაზრისით მნიშვნელოვან მონაკვეთში – ყადორის ბორცვის ფერდზე მდებარეობს. აგურისა და რიყის ქვით ნაგები, აგურისავე კონტრფორსებით გამაგრებული გალავნით შემოზღუდული სახლი ციხეს ემგვანებოდა, რომ არა გალავნის თავზე მოწყობილი ტერასა თელავურ-კახური საერო არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთი მთავარი ელემენტით – წრიული აგურის სვეტით. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია ორიგინალური საფასადო კომპოზიციითა და სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევრიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში.
A two-storey house located in the most important and archaeologically significant part of Telavi – on the slope of Kadori Hill. Built of brick and cobblestone, the house, surrounded by a gate reinforced with brick countertops, would have left the impression of a castle, if not for the terrace at the top of the gate, with one of the main elements of Telavi-Kakhetian secular architecture – a circular brick column. The building is important for its original facade composition and antiquity. This is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the first half of the 19th century.
