მაღალი ერთსართულიანი აგურის შენობა მე-19 საუკუნის დასასრულით თარიღდება. მთავარ ფასადს რიტმულად ანაწევრებს აგურის წყობით გამოყვანილი რუსტის ვერტიკალური მწკრივები და კარ-სარკმელთა რიგი, გვერდითი ფასადის სამშვენისის როლს კი ასრულებს აგურისა და ქვის მონაცვლეობა – თელავისათვის სახასიათო წყობა. საცხოვრებელი სახლი მნიშვნელოვანია თელავური ურბანული არქიტექტურისათვის სახასიათო კედლის წყობისა და საფასადო კომპოზიციის გამო.

The main facade is rhythmically divided by the vertical rows of rustic bricks and a row of doors and windows, while the decoration of the side facade is the alternation of bricks and stone, which is characteristic for Telavi. The house is important thanks to the characteristic structure of the walls and the facade composition, typical for the urban architecture of Telavi.
