A one-storey brick house at the intersection of streets harmoniously fits into the existing development, and also plays a town-planning role. The main facade is decorated with elements of decorative brick setting; Noteworthy is the wood carved front door, the decor of which is taken from the modern architectural repertoire. The building is one of the most interesting examples of Telavi’s urban architecture of the early 20th century. The building is important because it shows that, in parallel with the local building traditions, the urban architecture of Telavi did not lag behind the popular world trends of the early 20th century.
