A rectangular one-storey house standing on a high plinth, has changed a lot today. The preserved wooden balcony on the side of the courtyard and the arched doors and windows evidence the antiquity of the building. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. Despite later interventions and alterations, the building is important for its antiquity. It is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the mid-19th century.
