The main artistic accent of the building is a wooden openwork balcony, located on the main facade of the courtyard. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century. Due to its location, large scale and space-planning composition, this building plays an important role in the formation of the adjacent development and largely determines the spatial and structural nature of the area.
