A three-storey presentable building of high proportions is built alternately of cobblestones and bricks, according to local tradition. Authentic elements are preserved in the interior of the house and in the basement: closets, wallcupboards, wall stoves and fireplaces. The first floor of the house is interesting, which is opened with three arches. Supposedly, this part of the monument is earlier (18th century). The finished appearance of the building was given at the end of the 19th century. Thus, along with architectural and artistic value, the building is important for its antiquity. Some of its parts have been preserved from one of the earliest buildings in the city.
