XIX საუკუნის შუა წლების, ძველი თელავური, ერთსართულიანი საცხოვრისის ტიპის, ლეონიძის ქუჩაზე გამავალი ფასადი რიყის ქვისა და აგურის შერეული წყობითაა ნაგები (ამჟამად შელესილია). ეზოს მხრიდან შემორჩენილია ხის (ამჟამად შეფიცრული) აივნის წახნაგოვანი სვეტები და თავდაპირველი ცხაური ორნამენტით შემკული ფარდები. საცხოვრებელი სახლი მნიშვნელოვანია სიძველით და თელავური ურბანული არქიტექტურისათვის სახასიათო კედლის წყობისა და გეგმარებითი კომპოზიციის გამო.
A one-story old Telavian house of a mid-19th-century with a facade overlooking Leonidze Street was built from a mixed masonry of cobblestone and brick (currently plastered). From the side of the courtyard there are faceted columns of a wooden (currently paved) balcony and curtains decorated with original lattice ornaments. The house is important for its antiquity, as well as for masonry and planning composition, typical to urban architecture of Telavi.
