XIX საუკუნის მიწურულის, ერთსართულიან მაღალ სახლს აუთენტური, შერეული წყობის სახე გვერდითა (ეზოს მხრიდან) ფასადზე აქვს შემორჩენილი, მთავარი ფასადის მოპირკეთება კი აგურითაა ჩანაცვლებული. ფასადს აგვირგვინებს პროფილირებული სწორკუთხა პარაპეტი. კარ-ფანჯრის ხის ალათები აუთენტურია. შენობას მნიშვნელობას სძენს მისი ხნოვანება, კედლის წყობა და აუთენტური ხის ელემენტები.
A tall, one-story house of the late 19th century has retained an authentic masonry appearance on the side (from the courtyard) facade, and the main facade is replaced by a brick one. Facade is crowned with a profiled rectangular parapet. A wooden frame of doors and windows are authentic. The importance of the building is given by its age, masonry of the walls and authentic wooden elements.
