XIX საუკუნის დასაწყისით დათარიღებული საცხოვრებელი სახლი ერთსართულიანია. ზოგიერთ ადგილას აივანზე შემორჩენილია ჭვირული ფარდები. სახლს თელავური არქიტექტურისთვის დამახასიათებელი აუთენტური თაღოვანი სარკმლები და სარდაფი აქვს. საცხოვრებელი მხატვრულ-არქიტექტურული კომპოზიციით უახლოვდება ძველ თელავურ საცხოვრებელ ნიმუშებს. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია თელავური ურბანული არქიტექტურისათვის სახასიათო გეგმარებითი კომპოზიციითა და სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის დასაწყისიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში.
The one-storey house dates from the beginning of the 19th century. Hollow curtains have been preserved in some places on the balcony. The house has authentic arched windows and a basement typical of Telavi architecture. In terms of its artistic and architectural composition, the house is close to the old examples of the Telavi housing. The building is important for planning composition characteristic for Telavi urban architecture and antiquity, it is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the early 19th century.
