XIX საუკუნის ერთსართულიანი სახლი აგურის ფასადით ნადიკვრის ქუჩისკენ არის მიმართული. ეს სახლი ძირითადი შენობის ე.წ. დამხმარე ტიპის ნაგებობაა, რომელსაც რეაბილიტაციის პროცესში დიდი სახლის აივნების იდენტური ხის აივანი დაემატა ეზოს მხრიდან. საფასადე დეკორი აგურის წყობით არის გამოყვანილი. მოცემული შენობა ძირითად მოცულობასთან ერთად მნიშვნელოვანია ქალაქგეგმარებითი თვალსაზრისით, რადგან სივრცით-გეგმარებითი მახასიათებლით მიკროუბნის განაშენიანების მაფორმირებელ როლს თამაშობს.
A one-storey house of the19th-century with a brick facade faces Nadikvari Street. This house is a so-called auxiliary type structure of the main building, to which, during the rehabilitation process, a wooden balcony, identical to the balconies of the large house, was added from the side of the courtyard. The facade decor is made of brickwork. This building, along with its main volume, is important from an urban planning point of view, since its spatial-planning characteristics play a formative role of microdistrict development.
