A two-story house with a wooden hollow balcony supported by massive brick piers stands deep in the courtyard. The decor of the authentic edges of the openings of the first and second floors is different: The openings of the first floor have semicircular arches, and the arc-shape window frames of the second floor are crowned with three pointed arches. The house dates back to the early 19th century. The building is important for its antiquity; it is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the first half of the 19th century and is distinguished by its facade composition, typical for the urban architecture of Telavi.
