ორსართულიანი აგურის მაღალი სახლი მე-19 საუკუნის მეორე ნახევარშია აგებული. პირველი სართული თელავისათვის ტრადიციული საფასადე კომპოზიციით ხასიათდება – ორი თაღოვანი ფანჯარა შუაში ყრუ ნიშით. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია სიძველით, იგი მე-19 საუკუნის მეორე ნახევრიდან შემორჩენილი ერთ-ერთი ადრეული ნაგებობაა ქალაქში. ეზოსპირა ფასადის ხის აივანს, სამწუხაროდ, დაკარგული აქვს აუთენტურობა, მაგრამ აგურის ფასადი თავდაპირველი სახით არის შემორჩენილი.
A high two-storey brick house was built in the second half of the 19th century. The first floor is characterized by the traditional Telavi composition of the facade – two arched windows with a blind niche in the middle. The building is important from the point of view of antiquity. This is one of the earliest buildings in the city preserved from the second half of the 19th century. The wooden balcony of the facade on the edge of the courtyard has unfortunately lost its authenticity, but the brick facade has been preserved in its original form.
