Built of brick, a two-storey building with high proportions defines the overall scale of the street. From the courtyard, the elements of the wooden balcony are in the nature of the Art Nouveau style. The building was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The building with spatial and architectural elements and artistic expressiveness is one of the most interesting examples of secular architecture in Telavi. Also, the facade decoration of the building indicates that the urban architecture of Telavi did not lag behind the popular world trends of the early 20th century.
