A one-storey house with an attic on a high plinth is one of the earliest examples of Telavi secular architecture. It was built in the first half of the 19th century. The original appearance of the facades of the building has been lost, although the interior, where closets with wooden shutter and a wall stove have been preserved, is authentic. Thus, the building is important for its antiquity and the interior preserved almost in its original form.
