მოკრძალებული მასშტაბის მქონე ერთსართულიანი აგურის საცხოვრებელი სახლი ორგანულად ერგება ქუჩის დამრეც რელიეფს და ჰარმონიულად ეწერება არსებულ განაშენიანებაში. შენობას მემორიალური მნიშვნელობაც აქვს; ამ სახლში ბავშვობის წლები (1900-1909 წწ.) გაატარა ცნობილმა ქართველმა მხატვარმა ელენე ახვლედიანმა. აქ ასევე ცხოვრობდა ფოტოგრაფი ტორი (ტერტეროვი). ეზოსპირა ხის ჭვირული აივანი და აგურის კამარით გადახურული სარდაფი შენობას მე-19-მე-20 სს. თელავის საერო არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთ საინტერესო ნიმუშად აქცევს.
A one-storey brick house of modest size organically adapts to the sloping terrain of the street and harmoniously fits into the existing development. The building also has memorial significance; The well-known Georgian artist Elene Akhvlediani spent her childhood in this house (1900-1909). The photographer Tori (Terterov) also lived here. From the street, the wooden openwork balcony and the basement, covered with a brick arch, make the building one of the most interesting examples of Telavi’s secular architecture of the 19th-20th centuries.
