შეულესავი აგურის ორსართულიანი შენობა მე-19 საუკუნის ბოლოსაა აგებული. სახლის პირველი სართული ძველად სავაჭრო რიგს ეჭირა. შენობის სარდაფში აღმოჩენილია საფლავის ქვები, რაც ისტორიულად აღნიშნულ ტერიტორიაზე ეკლესიის სასაფლაოს არსებობას ადასტურებს. შენობა მნიშვნელოვანია აგურის წყობით გამოყვანილი დეკორითა და ეზოპირა ფასადის ხის ორნამენტული აივნის შემკულობით.
A two-storey brick building was built in the late 19th century. The first floor of the house was occupied by a shopping arcade. Gravestones were found in the basement of the building, which historically confirms the existence of a church cemetery in the area. The building is interesting for its brick decor and wooden decorative balcony from the street facade.
