ორსართულიანი საკმაოდ მაღალი სხვენიანი შენობა კახური სამშენებლო ტექნიკის მსგავსად, რიყის ქვისა და ძველი ქართული აგურის კომბინაციითა ნაგები. შეულესავი აგურის ფასადის გამომსახველობას თაღოვანი სარკმლების შემომწერი თაღოვანი კარნიზი და კედელში ჩაწერილი დეკორატიული მცირე ნიშების რიგი ქმნის. მრავალჯერ გადაკეთებული ნაგებობა მე-19 საუკუნის თელავური საერო არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთ საინტერესო ნიმუშს წარმოადგენს.
A two-storey, rather high attic building, like Kakhetian construction technique, is built from a combination of cobblestones and old Georgian bricks. An arched cornice, contouring the arched windows and a series of small decorative niches inscribed into the wall, form the expressiveness of an unplastered brick facade. The building, which was rebuilt many times, is one of the most interesting examples of Telavi’s secular architecture of the 19th century.
