აგურისა და რიყის ქვით ნაგები, ნალესობით დაფარული ორსართულიანი საცხოვრებელი სახლი ტიპური „თელავური“ ხასიათისაა. შენობის პირველი სართული ძველად სავაჭრო რიგს ეკავა, მეორე სართული კი სასტუმრო-საცხოვრებელი ფუნქციისა იყო. მე-19 საუკუნის შუა წლებში აგებული შენობა წარმოადგენს თელავის ურბანული არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთ საინტერესო ნაგებობას, რომელშიც კომბინირებულია თავდაპირველი სავაჭრო და საცხოვრებელი ფუნქციები.
Built of bricks and cobblestones, a two-storey houserepresents a typical Telavi character.The first floor of the building used to be a shopping arcade, and the second floor had a hotel-residential function.Built in the middle of the 19th century, the building is one of the most interesting structuresof Telavi’s urban architecture, combining original commercial and residential functions.
