The artistic dominant of the two-storey house is its wooden lathed balcony, which runs along the entire length of the two facades of the building. The brick colonnade of the first floor is currently mured up, which significantly mar the authentic appearance of the building. The house was built in the second half of the 19th century. The building is important for its antiquity, traditional for Telavi planning and artistic and architectural design.
