კახური სამშენებლო ტექნიკის მსგავსად რიყის ქვისა და ძველი ქართული აგურის კომბინაციით ნაგები საცხოვრებელი სახლი ორგანულად ერგება რთულ რელიეფს და ჰარმონიულად ეწერება არსებულ განაშენიანებაში. ქუჩის მხარეს სახლი ერთსართულიანი, ეზოს მხარეს – ორი. ეზოსპირა ფასადი ყურადღებას იქცევს შეკიდული ხის აივნით, ქუჩისა კი აგურისა და ქვის დეკორატიული წყობით. სახლი მე-19 საუკუნის პირველ ნახევარს განეკუთვნება. სივრცულ-არქიტექტურული ელემენტებითა და მხატვრული გამომსახველობით მოცემული ნაგებობა თელავის საერო არქიტექტურის ერთ-ერთ საინტერესო ნიმუშს გვთავაზობს.
Like the Kakheti building technique, the, built from a combination of cobblestone and old Georgian brick, organically combines with the complex terrain and harmoniously fits into the existing development. From the side of the street, the house is one-storey, from the side of the yard – two-storey. The facade from the street draws attention with an overhanging wooden balcony, and the street façade – with decorative brick and stone masonry. The house belongs to the first half of the 19th century. The building with spatial and architectural elements and artistic expression is one of the most interesting examples of secular architecture of Telavi.
