The building of the Elene Akhvlediani Art School dates back to the second half of the 19th century. The building, built of brick and cobblestone masonry, has preserved an arched basement with unplastered authentic walls. One of the characteristics of the Telavi house has been preserved in the interior: wall closets. The poet Solomon Goshadze lived in this house in 1880-1908. The building is important for its antiquity, traditional for Telavi layout, authentic interior and artistic and architectural design.
