The facade of the building is built according to the central principle, the main focus is on the tower and open balconies. The motif of the pseudo-ionic order is also used in the solution of the columns. Given the scale and artistic and decorative solution, the building plays an important role in shaping the overall artistic and architectural appearance of the avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u10dd\u10d1\u10d8\u10d4\u10e5\u10e2\u10d8<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
