The first floor of the house was occupied by a shopping arcade. Built in the second half of the 19th century, the building, with its location, scale and spatial planning, largely determines the adjacent development. Consequently, the house is important from an urban planning point of view, since with its space-planning characteristics it plays a formative role in the development of the
