the traditional gate door, a wooden double-leaf door is installed,giving a unique originality to a single planning composition of the house.The fence running along the street and the space-planning features of the building largely determine the town-planning character of the microdistrict. The ancient cellar and the basement preserved in their original form give a special artistic value to the heavily rebuilt and distorted building.The house was built at the end of the 19th century.A houseis important from an urban planning point of view, since the building, with its space-planning characteristics, plays an important role in formation the microdistrict
