The main artistic accent of the building is an openwork wooden balcony, which is placed on several facades and supported by square and round brick pillars, whose ornamental repertoire reflects Art Nouveau style. At the beginning of the last century, a wooden balcony was added to the building. Due to its location, scale and space-planning composition, this building plays an important role in the formation of adjacent
